  • cup Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Add chopped onions and garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  • Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Reduce heat. Stir in cream cheese until fully melted and mixed.
  • Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
  • Combine meat, broccoli, and cheese sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer to greased 9x13 inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Freeze extras in individual portions for easy reheating. Use sauté function on pressure cooker to keep it all in one pot.
