  • 1 Pressure cooker with sealing ring in place
  • 1 Wooden spoon for stirring

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 oz taco seasoning package
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles undrained
  • 8 oz cream cheese cut into cubes

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart and cooking until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
  • Add cooked beef to the pressure cooker, then add taco seasoning and the entire can of diced tomatoes with green chiles, liquid included. Stir to combine.
  • Close the pressure cooker lid with the sealing ring in place and set to high pressure. Cook for 5 minutes after valve hiss.
  • Release pressure slowly, open the lid carefully, then stir in cream cheese cubes until melted and smooth. Serve warm with chips or veggies.

Notes
