This creamy taco dip is ready in just 10 minutes with only 4 simple ingredients. Perfect for parties, game days, or a quick snack, it's cheesy, flavorful, and sure to be a crowd favorite served with chips or veggies.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart and cooking until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
Add cooked beef to the pressure cooker, then add taco seasoning and the entire can of diced tomatoes with green chiles, liquid included. Stir to combine.
Close the pressure cooker lid with the sealing ring in place and set to high pressure. Cook for 5 minutes after valve hiss.
Release pressure slowly, open the lid carefully, then stir in cream cheese cubes until melted and smooth. Serve warm with chips or veggies.
