  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 box Stovetop stuffing mix 6-ounce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 10.5-ounce
  • cup water
  • 1 package frozen green beans 10-ounce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Season the chicken breasts with seasoned salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken in the crock pot in a single layer at the bottom.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, condensed cream of chicken soup, and water until smooth.
  • Spoon the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crock pot evenly.
  • Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix on top of the sauce layer.
  • Spread frozen green beans over everything and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.

Notes

To reheat, gently warm in a microwave or skillet with splash of water. Can be stored in fridge up to 4 days or frozen in portions for 3 months.
