- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
