Whisk together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Place chicken breasts into the bottom of your pressure cooker or crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
Seal and cook on HIGH pressure for 20 minutes (or slow cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours or LOW for 4–6 hours).
Let natural release for 10 minutes, then open lid carefully.
Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the pot and stir to coat in BBQ sauce.
Serve on buns, in tacos, or bowls and optionally garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days refrigerated or freeze up to 3 months. Reheat slowly to maintain juiciness. Ideal for sandwiches, sliders, tacos or BBQ bowls!
