Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken about 1 pound
  • 1 cup cream cheese 8 oz
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese about 4 oz
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • for serving tortilla chips or celery sticks

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and spread it evenly.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2 hours, or until heated through and the cream cheese is melted. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • After 2 hours, add the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using) and mix well.
  • Cover again and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Reheat it in the crockpot before serving.
For a healthier version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of ranch dressing.
