Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice Adjust for extra tanginess if needed.
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped Alternatively, use 1 teaspoon dried dill.
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the chopped dill pickles, dill pickle juice, grated parmesan cheese, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper to the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. For a smoother dip, you can blend the mixture in a food processor.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. You can add more pickle juice for extra tanginess or more dill for a stronger flavor.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
You can customize the dip by adding other ingredients like chopped green onions or shredded cheese.
