Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles finely chopped (about 4-5 pickles)
  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use an electric mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the finely chopped dill pickles and dill pickle juice to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until combined.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well to incorporate all the seasonings.
  • Taste the dip and adjust seasoning as desired. If you prefer a tangier dip, add more pickle juice.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish and sprinkle fresh dill on top for a garnish, if using.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of crackers, vegetable sticks, or chips.

Notes

This dip can be prepared a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
For a spicier kick, consider adding a few dashes of hot sauce or some chopped jalapeños.
You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version of the dip.
