Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce like Frank's RedHot
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup diced green onions for garnish
  • tortilla chips or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a microwave, you can skip this step.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded chicken. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  • Stir in ¾ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving the rest for topping.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted. If using a microwave, cook on high for about 5-7 minutes, checking for doneness.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with diced green onions for garnish.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks for dipping.

Notes

You can prepare this dip ahead of time and refrigerate it until ready to bake.
Feel free to customize the spice level by adjusting the amount of buffalo sauce to your taste.
This dip can be served warm or at room temperature, making it versatile for gatherings.
