Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
Cook linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Add chopped parsley, cooked chicken, and cooked linguine. Gently stir until everything is well combined.
Spread pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until fully heated and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with extra parsley for garnish, and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can swap cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken. Prepare ahead and freeze before baking for up to 3 months. Defrost fully before baking.
