  • 12 oz Linguine pasta cook until al dente
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 20 oz Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Freshly chopped parsley plus more for garnish
  • 4 cups Chicken cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • cup Parmesan cheese grated

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
  • Cook linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Add chopped parsley, cooked chicken, and cooked linguine. Gently stir until everything is well combined.
  • Spread pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until fully heated and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with extra parsley for garnish, and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can swap cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken. Prepare ahead and freeze before baking for up to 3 months. Defrost fully before baking.
