Preheat your air fryer to 375℉ (190℃) so it’s ready when needed.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel to help seasoning stick.
Season both sides with salt and pepper generously.
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the basket.
Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then brush teriyaki sauce generously on top.
Air fry for another 8-10 minutes until internal temp reaches 165℉ (75℃).
Notes
Let chicken rest before serving. Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Great served over rice or vegetables. Leftovers reheat well in the air fryer!
