Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla pliable and fresh
  • 2 tablespoon hummus creamy and rich
  • ¼ avocado sliced, ripe but firm
  • ¼ tomato sliced, juicy and fresh
  • 1 handful shredded carrot about half a carrot
  • 1 handful sliced red bell pepper about ⅛ of a pepper
  • 1 handful sliced cucumber about ⅛ of a cucumber
  • 1 handful fresh spinach leafy and tender
  • 2 tablespoon diced red onion sharpness and zing

Instructions

Instructions

  • Lay your tortilla flat on a clean surface. This is your canvas, gotta keep it neat so the filling goes in just right.
  • Spread the hummus evenly all over the tortilla. Don’t skip corners, you want that creamy base in every bite.
  • Place the avocado slices on top of the hummus. They gotta be laid out nice and neat so they won’t squish when you roll.
  • Add the tomato slices next, then sprinkle the shredded carrot, sliced red bell pepper, cucumber, spinach, and diced red onion evenly on top. Balance is key here so every bite is packed with flavor and texture.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose everything. Try to keep it snug so the wrap doesn’t fall apart when you eat. Slice the wrap in half if you like and serve immediately.
