  • 1 cup cream cheese 8 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fried pickles chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preparing your fried pickles. If using store-bought, follow the package instructions to fry them until golden brown and crispy. Once done, remove them from the fryer and allow them to cool slightly before chopping into small pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fried pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the dip into a serving dish. You can garnish with extra chopped fried pickles or a sprinkle of green onions if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled with your favorite chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
