Equipment

  • 1 spoon or spatula
  • 1 muffin tin or silicone molds
  • 1 freezer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain or flavored.
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Optional.
  • to taste fresh fruit Berries, banana slices, etc. as toppings.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  • Fold in the granola until evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin or silicone molds, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
  • If desired, top each bite with a small piece of fresh fruit.
  • Place the muffin tin or molds in the freezer and freeze for about 2-4 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, gently remove the granola bites from the molds. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

You can customize the granola bites by adding various toppings such as nuts, seeds, or dried fruit.
Feel free to experiment with flavored Greek yogurt to add a twist to the recipe.
These bites are a great option for meal prep and can be a quick grab-and-go snack during busy days.
