Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits 8 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter ½ stick
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs optional
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh parsley to taste chopped for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, melted butter, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir well to blend the ingredients.
  • Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers.
  • Place a heaping tablespoon of shredded cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese to create a ball, ensuring that the cheese is fully enclosed.
  • Arrange the cheese-filled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  • Using a brush, generously coat the tops of the biscuits with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
