Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter mixture, coating it thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, mix together the Italian bread crumbs, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Take each coated chicken breast and press it into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
Drizzle any remaining garlic butter mixture over the top of the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C) and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
