Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts About 6 ounces each.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • to taste cooking spray or oil For greasing.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  • In another shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure a good coating.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, you can incorporate fresh herbs such as parsley or thyme into the breadcrumb mixture.
Serve with a side of vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
