Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil.
Season the chicken breasts and steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian herbs on both sides.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and minced garlic until well combined. Stir in half of the grated parmesan cheese. Reserve the other half for later.
Place the chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the garlic cream mixture over the chicken.
Add the steak to the baking dish and pour the remaining garlic cream sauce on top.
Sprinkle the reserved parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the chicken and steak.
Drizzle olive oil over the dish before placing it in the oven.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing the chicken and steak.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
