- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers Approximately 35 crackers.
- ½ cup unsalted butter Melted.
- 3 cloves garlic Minced.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley Chopped (optional for garnish).
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Add the Ritz crackers to the bowl and gently toss them in the butter mixture until they are evenly coated.
Lay the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the crackers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crackers are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
