Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn husked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • 1 lime lime cut into wedges (for serving)
  • fresh cilantro or parsley fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Husk the corn by removing the outer leaves and silk. Rinse under cold water to remove any remaining silk.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
  • Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over all sides of the corn.
  • Place the corn directly on the grill, turning every 3-4 minutes, until all sides are charred and golden, about 12-15 minutes in total.
  • Once cooked, remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  • Serve the grilled corn with lime wedges on the side and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley, if desired.
  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on the corn after grilling.
  • If you prefer, you can wrap the corn in aluminum foil before grilling for a softer texture.
