- 1 large flatbread about 12 inches
- 2 ripe peaches pitted and cut into wedges
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing peaches

- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze for drizzling
- 1 handful fresh arugula about 1 cup
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil optional for garnish
