- 1 mixing bowl

Ingredients
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup green candy melts Or green chocolate chips.
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup festive sprinkles Red and white.
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Begin by popping the popcorn. If using a pot, use ½ cup popcorn kernels and follow the instructions to pop them until fully popped. If using a popcorn maker, measure ½ cup kernels and use according to the machine’s instructions. Spread the popped popcorn on a large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the green candy melts. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted green candy over the popped popcorn. Use a rubber spatula to gently mix and coat the popcorn evenly.
- Add a pinch of salt to the popcorn mixture and fold in mini marshmallows and festive sprinkles. Be gentle to avoid crushing the popcorn.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the coated popcorn mixture onto the prepared sheet, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Allow the popcorn to cool for about 10 minutes, allowing the candy coating to harden slightly.
- Once set, break apart the popcorn into clusters or keep it in a large mound. Transfer to serving bowls or package in festive bags for gifting.
Notes
For an extra touch, you can sprinkle some edible glitter on top before the popcorn sets.
