- 4 cups broccoli florets About 360 g.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ cup beef broth 120 ml.
