Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups broccoli florets About 360 g.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup beef broth 120 ml.
  • salt and pepper To taste.
  • cooked white or brown rice For serving.

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender.
  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli mixture, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables such as bell peppers or snap peas for extra color and nutrients.
For a low-carb option, consider serving it over cauliflower rice instead of regular rice.
Adjust the level of soy sauce based on your salt preference.
