Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, oregano, and salt in a bowl to make the marinade.
Add chicken to the marinade and stir to evenly coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours.
Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Sear marinated chicken pieces 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Transfer seared chicken to pressure cooker. Cook under high pressure for 8 minutes.
Let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes before opening the lid.
Stir gently and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken overnight and use freshly squeezed lemon juice. You can grill instead of pressure cooking if preferred.
