Equipment

  • 1 popsicle molds
  • 1 blender or food processor
  • 1 measuring cups
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 6 popsicle sticks if not included with molds

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh fruit (such as strawberries, mangoes, or blueberries) Choose your favorite fruits.
  • 1 cup fruit juice (like orange juice or coconut water)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Optional, for creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Choose your fresh fruit and wash it thoroughly. If you're using larger fruits like mangoes or strawberries, chop them into smaller pieces.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh fruit, fruit juice, Greek yogurt (if using), and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If using disposable popsicle molds, ensure they're securely positioned to avoid them falling out.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.
  • Enjoy your homemade popsicles as a delicious and healthy snack!

Notes

Feel free to mix and match different fruits and juices to create your own flavor combinations.
For added texture, you can mix in small pieces of fruit or granola before freezing.
These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for several weeks when wrapped properly.
