Choose your fresh fruit and wash it thoroughly. If you're using larger fruits like mangoes or strawberries, chop them into smaller pieces.
In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh fruit, fruit juice, Greek yogurt (if using), and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
Pour the blended mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If using disposable popsicle molds, ensure they're securely positioned to avoid them falling out.
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.
