Main ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon two for each breast
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Instructions

  • Mix honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth and combined.
  • Wrap each chicken breast in two bacon slices; secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Brush the honey mustard sauce over the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts.
  • Pour about one cup of broth or water into the bottom of the pressure cooker.
  • Place a trivet or rack inside the cooker and set the chicken on top to avoid direct contact with liquid.
  • Seal the lid, check the sealing ring, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the float valve to drop naturally for a few minutes, then quick release any remaining steam. Let the chicken rest before serving.

Notes

Use toothpicks to keep bacon secure if needed. For crispier bacon, finish in the oven or use sauté mode on your pressure cooker.
