Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup chopped jalapenos fresh or pickled
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped jalapenos, and green onions to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables.

Notes

For a milder dip, use fewer jalapenos or substitute with roasted red peppers.
You can prepare the dip in advance and refrigerate it. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time when you're ready to serve.
Feel free to add crispy bacon or extra cheese on top before baking for an added twist.
