- 2 pieces lemons Rinsed and sliced.
- 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup Optional, adjust for sweetness.

Thoroughly rinse the lemons under cold water. Cut the lemons in half and then slice each half into thin rounds.
In a pitcher or large jar, add the sliced lemons and dried lavender.
Pour the filtered water over the lemon and lavender mixture.
If desired, add honey or agave syrup to the mixture. Stir until fully dissolved.
Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
