Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs total.
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice About 2 lemons.
  • 1 unit zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon garlic marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well coated and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Bake the marinated chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
