Gradually add the cheddar and Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the cheese sauce.
Serve the pasta in bowls, topping with crispy bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
