  • 0.5 pound bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons no sugar added ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Dice bacon and cook in skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook ground beef and diced onion in same skillet until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt until cream cheese melts.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, then stir in beef mixture and half of bacon.
  • Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish and top with remaining bacon.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with dill before serving.

Notes

Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in microwave or pressure cooker. Freeze in portions for extended storage.
