Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Dice bacon and cook in skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
Cook ground beef and diced onion in same skillet until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt until cream cheese melts.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, then stir in beef mixture and half of bacon.
Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish and top with remaining bacon.
Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with dill before serving.
Notes
Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in microwave or pressure cooker. Freeze in portions for extended storage.
