  • 2 large chicken breasts sliced into cubes
  • 0.5 cup flour with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme
  • 0.33 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 19 oz frozen tortellini

  • Mix flour with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Dredge chicken cubes in seasoned flour until coated.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-high and cook chicken 6–8 minutes until golden. Set aside.
  • Add butter and garlic to skillet. Sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in broth and bring to simmer, scraping up brown bits on the skillet.
  • Add heavy cream and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes to thicken.
  • Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
  • Add cooked tortellini and gently stir. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers up to 3 days in the fridge or 1–2 months in freezer. Reheat gently with a splash of broth to keep texture creamy.
