Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Instructions

  • Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry to remove any extra moisture.
  • Pour about 1 cup of water or chicken broth into the pressure cooker pot to generate steam and pressure.
  • Place the chicken breasts carefully into the pot, spacing them out to allow steam circulation.
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast to create a golden, flavorful crust.
  • Lock the lid on, check that the float valve is up, and set the pressure cooker for 8 minutes on high pressure. When done, perform a quick release and open carefully. Check that the chicken is cooked through with a tender pull texture.

Notes

Use quick release immediately after cooking to avoid overcooking. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
