Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream for creamy richness that clings to chicken
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder gives you that warm, cozy flavor boost
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt adds that perfect balance of seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper for a subtle kick
  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese divided to sprinkle and mix
  • 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts trimmed of excess fat so it cooks evenly

Instructions

Instructions

  • First, gather all your ingredients and trim chicken breasts. You wanna keep 'em lean for even cooking.
  • In a big bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup Parmesan cheese until it's all blended.
  • Add your chicken breasts to that mix and coat well, make sure each piece is covered in all that cheesy, garlicky goodness.
  • Place coated chicken in your pressure cooker pot. Spread 'em out evenly so they cook nice and even.
  • Seal the cooker, set to high pressure, and let it pressure build. Cook for about 10 minutes for that tender pull.
  • Once done, do a quick release to get the steam out safely. Be careful here, steam cues mean it’s hot.
  • After quick release, open lid and sprinkle remaining ½ cup Parmesan over the chicken. For a crunchy top, you can broil for a few mins if you want.
  • Let the chicken rest for few minutes. This helps juices settle and makes every bite melt in your mouth.

Notes

Serve with a crunchy Parmesan crust by broiling after cooking. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat gently to keep juicy and tender.
