  • 1 Chuck roast 3-4 pounds
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet Au jus gravy mix
  • ΒΌ cup Butter
  • 4-5 Pepperoncini peppers

  • Place your chuck roast in the bottom of the pressure cooker pot.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.
  • Place the butter on top of the roast.
  • Add the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
  • Seal the lid and cook on low pressure for 60 minutes. Use a slow release, then shred the beef with two forks and mix with the juices before serving.

Notes

Do not add any water or broth! It makes its own flavorful juices. Delicious with potatoes and carrots near the end of cook time.
