Mix ground chicken with shallot, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes evenly.
Shape mixture into meatballs about one to one and a half inches each.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium and brown meatballs on all sides for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add lemon slices to skillet and caramelize for about 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice and butter, stirring until butter melts and forms sauce.
Return meatballs to skillet and spoon lemon butter sauce over them. Cook together for 2 minutes to combine flavors.
Serve meatballs over orzo pasta with fresh dill, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
