Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the seasoning mixture over them. Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken to ensure all sides are coated.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to retain moisture during baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with your choice of side dishes.

Notes

Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste. Adding lemon zest or a dash of cayenne pepper can enhance the flavor.
For extra juiciness, you can brine the chicken breasts in saltwater for 30 minutes prior to seasoning and baking.
