Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fresh peaches, sliced About 6-8 medium peaches.
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. Toss until the peaches are well-coated.
  • Pour the peach mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt. Stir until combined and crumbly.
  • Evenly spread the oat mixture on top of the peach layer in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This peach crisp can be served warm or at room temperature.
For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg or a splash of vanilla extract to the peach mixture.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
