Pork Chop Supreme Pressure Cooker Recipe

There's something special about pork chop supreme. It's a dish that always seems to hit the spot, no matter what.

  • 6 Boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 can Cream of onion soup
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add the pork chops to the heated skillet and brown on both sides. Remove, and set aside.
  • Layer the sliced potatoes on the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Place the browned pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  • In a bowl, combine the milk, French onion soup mix and cream of onion soup.
  • Pour half the soup mixture over the potatoes.
  • Then layer the rest of the sliced potatoes on top of the pork chops.
  • Pour the leftover soup mixture over the top.
  • Cover the dish tightly with foil.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the potatoes are tender and pork is cooked through.
  • Remove the foil and pop it back in the oven for 10 more minutes to brown things up nice.
  • Let your Pork Chop Supreme rest about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm. Leftovers store well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
