  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta cooked al dente
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast rotisserie or leftovers
  • 0.5 cup chopped real bacon pieces
  • 2.5 cups shredded cheese cheddar blend
  • 15 ounces canned corn drained
  • 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes and chilies undrained
  • 7 ounces diced green chiles undrained
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.75 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced onions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Cook the pasta al dente, drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix pasta, chicken, bacon, cheese, corn, Rotel, chiles, ranch, BBQ sauce, and onions.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and add mixture evenly.
  • Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let casserole cool before storing. Use airtight containers, and refrigerate or freeze as needed.
