Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally to break it up into small pieces.
  • Reduce the heat to low. Add the Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, and the can of undrained Rotel tomatoes to the skillet.
  • Stir the mixture frequently until the cheese is completely melted and the dip is smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Once everything is well mixed and heated through, remove from heat and transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  • Serve the Rotel dip with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
