- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted.
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

- lemon wedges, for serving Optional.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the marinade. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp to ensure even cooking.
Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Remove the skewers from the grill and brush them with any remaining garlic butter marinade.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
You can use fresh or frozen shrimp for this recipe; if using frozen, thaw them completely first.
For added flavor, consider garnishing the skewers with freshly chopped cilantro or additional herbs.
If you prefer an Asian twist, you can add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the marinade.
