Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in your diced onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Transfer cooked beef and onions to the slow cooker. Add chopped bacon.
Add cream cheese, Monterey Jack, cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Seal the lid on your slow cooker. Cook on low for 30 minutes to let flavors meld and cheeses melt.
Stir before serving. Garnish with diced dill pickles and minced parsley. Serve with chips or crackers.
