- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups egg noodles
- ½ cup frozen peas optional
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Place the boneless chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add the chicken broth, diced carrots, diced celery, diced onions, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients.
