  • ¼ teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste

  • Sauté squash and onions in bacon drippings until they start to soften.

  • Transfer mixture to pressure cooker, secure lid and cook for 3 minutes on low pressure.
  • Release pressure, top with crumbled bacon, and serve.
