Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat your skillet over medium heat so it’s ready to sizzle.
  • Mix shredded chicken, melted butter, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. You gotta get everything evenly coated.
  • Cook this mixture in the skillet for 5 to 7 minutes, stir it now and then until it's hot and smells amazing.
  • Meanwhile warm those flour tortillas in another pan or microwave just until they're soft and easy to roll.
  • Lay each tortilla flat then spread the chicken mix right in the center. Be generous ’cause you want all that yummy filling.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese, then toss on red onions, green onions, dill pickles, then drizzle ranch dressing over top.
  • Roll the tortillas tight to seal in the goodness. If you want, stick ’em back in the skillet for a few mins flipping both sides. That melts the cheese and gets the wraps golden brown. Serve right away while it’s warm and perfect.

  • Enjoy your spicy buffalo chicken wraps fresh and warm.

Notes

Flour Tortillas: 12” tortillas work best but 10” burrito-sized ones are good too. Buffalo Sauce: Use your favorite buffalo style sauce, Frank’s Red Hot recommended. Cheese Options: Cheddar cheese works great, but feel free to use Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack or others. Red Onions: Soak in ice water for 20 minutes to lessen harshness if desired. Romaine Lettuce can be substituted with spinach, green leaf lettuce, or iceberg lettuce.
