Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or ½ cup frozen, thawed and drained.
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts drained and chopped.
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened.
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced.
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth.
  • Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a healthier option, you can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.
If using frozen spinach, ensure it is well-drained to avoid excess moisture in the dip.
This dip can be made ahead of time; simply refrigerate it after assembling and bake just before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
