Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to evenly coat the shrimp.
Season the ribeye steak on both sides with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the ribeye steak on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F. Adjust cooking time based on your desired doneness.
In the last 3-4 minutes of cooking the steak, add the seasoned shrimp to the grill or skillet. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Once done, remove both the steak and shrimp from heat. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
Slice the steak and arrange it on a serving platter alongside the shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
