Equipment

  • 1 pitcher or large mixing bowl
  • 1 muddler or cocktail spoon
  • 1 jigger or measuring cup
  • 1 spoon for mixing
  • 4 serving glasses
  • as needed ice cubes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup white rum
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • ¼ cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • to top off glass club soda
  • as needed lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a pitcher or large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and diced pineapple.
  • Use a muddler or cocktail spoon to gently mash the fruits to release their juices.
  • Add the fresh mint leaves to the fruit mixture and muddle lightly to release the mint aroma.
  • Pour in the white rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the mojito mixture evenly over the ice in each glass.
  • Top off each glass with club soda for some fizz.
  • Garnish with lime slices and additional mint sprigs if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Pineapple Mojito!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of simple syrup based on your taste preference. You can also substitute sparkling water for club soda if you prefer a different flavor. For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum for a refreshing mocktail!
