Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled For a vegan version, omit or replace with plant-based alternative.
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • salt and pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the fresh spinach leaves under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the spinach in a large mixing bowl.
  • Slice the strawberries and add them to the bowl with the spinach.
  • Chop the walnuts and add them to the salad bowl, along with the crumbled feta cheese and thinly sliced red onion.
  • Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the salad immediately on individual salad plates.

Notes

Feel free to customize this salad with other fruits like blueberries or apples.
For a vegan version, omit the feta cheese or replace it with a plant-based alternative.
You can prepare the ingredients ahead of time and assemble the salad just before serving to keep it fresh.
